These terms describe the current SaaS service scope for electronic invoice validation. Operator details and final commercial terms should be aligned with the actual live business before public launch.

1. Service

E-Rechnung Check provides an online software service that allows businesses to upload electronic invoices and validate them against German e-invoicing standards such as XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, including EN 16931-oriented compliance checks.

2. Intended users

The service is intended for businesses, freelancers, finance teams, and other professional users who need to confirm invoice compliance before submission.

3. Permitted use

Users may use the platform only for legitimate business-related invoice validation. Abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated mass misuse of the service is prohibited.

4. Pricing and billing

Any paid features, subscriptions, or usage-based charges are described on the pricing page. Paid billing may be processed through Paddle.

5. No legal or tax advice

Validation results are technical checks and guidance only. They do not constitute legal, accounting, or tax advice.

6. Availability

The service may be updated, limited, or interrupted for maintenance, security, regulatory changes, or product improvements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that a given invoice will be accepted by every recipient, portal, or authority.
